Pay&Go Payday Cash in Promo

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Pay&Go Payday Promo (“Promo”) is organised by BTI Payments Philippines, Inc (“Organizer”)
• By joining the Promo, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• The decisions of the Organiser for all matters relating to the Promo shall be final and binding in all respects in concurrence with the Department of Trade and Industries (“DTI”).
• The Promo starts on December 14, 2020 to December 16, 2020

WHO CAN JOIN

• The Promo is open to consumers aged 18 years old and above who are residing in the Philippines
• The Promo is NOT open to employees of Organisers, its partners, GCash, and their respective subsidiaries and suppliers including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

MECHANICS

How to Participate:

• Organiser will post an announcement of the promo on Facebook
• Participants who will top up their GCash wallets with a single receipt of Php 2,000.00 at participating Pay&Go terminals will automatically receive a freebie from the Organizer.

Prizes

• Winners will be able to receive one (1) from the following based on the available on the share treats platform

40. McDonald’s Burger McDo Solo (Php 40.00)

• Winners will only be eligible to receive 1 freebie once for the whole duration of the promo, regardless of how many transactions have been made.
• The voucher is valid to be redeemed within 1 year upon receipt of the sharetreats code.

LIABILITY AND CLAIMS

• By participating in this Promo, each participant is agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and shall take full responsibility over the content shared by the participant for this Promo. The Organizer shall be free of any claims whatsoever with respect to the content submitted by the Participant.
• Organisers shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the promotion. Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Central and State governmental actions, policies and other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.

OTHERS

• All prizes are tax free, non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash.
• If any part of the Terms and Conditions herein is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions and any such invalid term shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.
• The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines.
• The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
